Dr. Christine Luzuriaga is an ocular disease residency trained optometrist licensed in Maryland. She has an interest in diagnosing and treating dry eye, performing specialty contact lens fittings, providing comprehensive eye care (routine glasses and contact lens fittings), and diagnosing and treating multiple ocular diseases (including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye exams, and keratoconus).
She has over 13 years of experience in private practice, in Baltimore City and greater Baltimore area including, Eldersburg and Westminster, Maryland, and the greater York area of Pennsylvania.
Personal
Dr. Luzuriaga lives in Carroll County, Maryland with her husband and two children. She enjoys baking, cooking, food photography, being involved in her church and with her children’s activities, and spending time with her family and friends.

In July 2023, Dr. Luzuriaga began providing comprehensive eye care at Carroll Eye Care in Westminster, MD.
October 1st, 2023, she purchased Carroll Eye Care from Dr. Hooper. She and Dr. Hooper will both continue to see patients at Carroll Eye Care. Dr. Luzuriaga is excited to continue working with Dr. Hooper and practicing in Carroll County!

Mid Atlantic Cornea Consultants (Towson, MD)
Dr. Luzuriaga provides cornea and comprehensive eye care (including but not limited to routine eye exams, glaucoma care, and diabetic eye exams), at Mid-Atlantic Cornea, located in Towson, MD. As of July 2023, she is seeing patients in Towson on Mondays and two Thursdays a month.
